Lymphocytes ar the guards of the human body. There are many different kinds like, B Cells, T Cells, Plasma Cells, Memory B Cells, Helper T Cell, Killer T Cells, and Natural Killer (NK) Cells. NK Cells & Killer T Cells are the ones that copmpletely destroy infected cell. In order for lymphocytes to do their jobs, lymphocytes have to be activated by other cells like macrophages, dentritic cells, and bacteria with bacterial antigens. | B cells are the cells of the immune system that make antibodies to invading pathogens like viruses. They form memory cells that remember the same pathogen for faster antibody production in future infections. |
